What I’m working on.
I build software products that make complicated work feel simpler. I founded Watch Forte to build the best software in the watch business—a carefully connected system for an industry with an extraordinary amount of detail. I’m also building Fast Filters for Gmail, with the ambition to make managing email feel remarkably effortless.
Alongside the software, I work on creative projects just for fun, including writing songs and even a novel.

Watch dealers want to buy and sell watches. Creating listings, keeping inventory current, invoicing, and record-keeping can take up far too much of their time. I created Watch Forte to take that administrative weight off the business, making the work around each deal as fast and effortless as possible.
Shaped by years of development and close collaboration with dealers who love using it, Watch Forte brings that work into one exceptionally cohesive application. I work with the supremely talented Andrii Solonets, the finest software engineer I know.

Making a tidy inbox last.
I’m building Fast Filters for Gmail to make a tidy inbox last. Simple, understandable rules move routine email out of the inbox and organize it by sender, ready to review when it’s useful. Those rules keep working on future email, too—leaving the inbox for messages that deserve attention.
Fast Filters is being developed as an extension for Chrome and other Chromium browsers, as well as an iPhone app. In both, the logic is explicit and entirely under the user’s control.

Product CamProduct photos, automatically in place.
I’m building Product Cam, a mobile app that takes the tedious work out of attaching photos to inventory listings. Scan a barcode, photograph the product, and move on. The app groups each photo by SKU, keeps the shots in order, and syncs them automatically to the right product in Shopify.
Designed for photographing inventory in batches, it also supports a foot pedal: tap to take a photo, or hold briefly to scan the next item. Less sorting and uploading; more time behind the camera.

Odd‑Word‑Out
Odd‑Word‑Out is a social word game I’m developing where everyone describes a secret word—but one player has a different word, and nobody knows who. Players try to identify the Odd‑Word‑Out without giving themselves away or revealing too much: the Odd‑Word‑Out can score big by guessing the others’ word. A simple setup with a wonderfully tricky balance of deduction and disguise.

Mikes Game Shop
I built Mikes Game Shop from scratch around games and collectibles—and learned how much happens behind a simple purchase. Managing stock, purchases, and sales gave me practical experience that helped shape Watch Forte. The shop is winding down as I focus on software, but those lessons have stayed with me.
